The Reflection Call
Alexis, this is your guide for the one-hour reflection calls after the Sprint. The member should leave with a plan they'll actually keep in November. We should leave with their exact words, because those words are going to write the next Sprint page.
The five rooms
Every call moves through the same five rooms in order. Each room gives the member something, and each one hands marketing a piece of the next sales page. Tap a room to see its questions.
Let the Sprint come up on its own
Mike spent the first four minutes on Sara's quesadilla and a family friend who needs bread at every restaurant. She brought up the Sprint herself. Because she didn't know it was an interview, her answers came out as a testimonial.
"You said some things in there before you knew you were becoming your own testimonial." Mike to Sara
Listen for their version of your word
Mike's word was low friction. Sara's was low stakes, and hers was better. When you say back what you heard, the correction they give you is usually the line we'll use.
"Low friction is my word, but low stakes is the best word." Mike
If a question stalls, come back with a blank
Mike asked Sara for an analogy and got nothing, so he asked which calls she went to. A few minutes later he came back with a sentence to finish, and she filled it in right away.
"The difference between this and going to the gym at 8:30 in the morning is blank."
What we think sells
These came out of week one. When you hear one on a call, tap it in the panel on the right. After ten or so calls, count them up. The ones that keep coming back go in the headline.
From call to copy
Run the call
Record it in Fathom and keep this guide open. Star anything you'd put on a sales page.
Save the sheet
Copy the sheet into the Sprint tracker. Give each call its own tab with the Fathom link.
Look for patterns
After five to ten calls, tally which phrases and promises keep showing up.
Build the Big 4
Run the transcripts through the RCA, then build a Big 4 for the Sprint.
Rewrite the page
Use their words for the headline and their reps for the proof section.
